在亞馬遜被跟賣(mài)的情況，相信商家們也很知道的了，大魚(yú)吃小魚(yú)，小魚(yú)吃蝦米，沒(méi)有實(shí)力的商家是很容易被被同行跟賣(mài)了，在遇到跟賣(mài)的時(shí)候，其實(shí)商家也是很憋屈的，自己好不容易做起來(lái)的listing，就這樣被同行空手套白狼奪取了，最后還失去了編輯listing的權(quán)限。
首先跟賣(mài)這個(gè)規(guī)則是亞馬遜制定的，在亞馬遜跟賣(mài)是合法的，尤其是產(chǎn)品來(lái)自正規(guī)的銷(xiāo)售渠道，所以我們?cè)趤嗰R遜開(kāi)店的時(shí)候，除了遵守規(guī)則之外，也是可以采用合法的手段來(lái)維護(hù)自己的權(quán)益的。
首先我們遇到了跟賣(mài)的情況時(shí)，可以先跟賣(mài)家溝通，發(fā)警告信，以下是警告信郵件模板，替換對(duì)應(yīng)文字即可：
自己品牌名稱—A( 授權(quán)之品牌名稱或是已注冊(cè)之品牌名稱)
